Christian Studies at MACC
From Prep to Year 12, students at MACC are taught to put Christian values into practice. In Primary, students engage with Bible stories in age-appropriate and engaging ways, with music, drama, and interactive activities helping to bring Scripture to life.
As students progress into Secondary school, they explore larger sections of the Bible in greater depth, developing a deeper understanding of God’s Word and the life and teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. Students are encouraged to ask meaningful questions and consider how their own story fits within God’s greater story. Through thoughtfully designed lessons, they are supported in growing their faith, strengthening their understanding of Biblical truth, and learning practical ways to follow Jesus’ example in their everyday lives.
My favourite subject is Christian Studies, as it teaches the ways of God and how we can be more like him, providing us with the word and the teachings we can confide in. The school is very big on faith and building your relationship with God, and the environment creates good habits for the future, teaching us not only as students but human beings. Overall I think that the school is really beneficial for students as they begin to grow into adults, and I believe that MACC is the perfect place to help you along that journey.

Chaplaincy
At MACC, our Chaplain plays an important role in supporting the spiritual and emotional wellbeing of our students. Working alongside families and the Director of Wellbeing, the Chaplain helps foster a Christ-centred learning environment where every student feels known, valued, and supported.
Missions
The purpose of MACC Missions is to provide opportunities for students in Years 10, 11 and 12 from Mount Annan Christian College to serve others in a residential mission to a regional NSW centre or an international setting, demonstrating the love of Christ through a variety of training and practical service activities.
