Grievance Policy

This policy seeks to provide each student, parent/guardian, or staff member with the opportunity to access procedures to facilitate the resolution of a grievance, concern, or complaint about the College in a conciliatory manner.

Anti-Bullying Policy

This policy seeks to embed a unified and peaceful community as part of our College culture, that treats each other as we would like to be treated – with dignity, respect, honesty, and grace.

Primary Student Management Policy

This policy outlines the importance of a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing, maximises learning and reflects best practice.

Attendance Policy

This policy seeks to outline the College’s expectations in regard to student attendance and highlights the importance of regular attendance at school as best practice.

Primary Home Learning Policy

This policy seeks to establish the procedures for Home Learning in the Primary years and recognise the need to balance home learning with other pursuits outside of school hours

Secondary Student Management Policy

This policy outlines the importance of a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing, maximises learning and reflects best practice.

Uniform Policy

This policy seeks to establish and uphold the College’s expectations for uniform to be worn correctly and with pride daily by all enrolled students.

Secondary Homework Policy

In promoting life-long and autonomous learning within Secondary, we recognise that homework can support the learning process in ways not readily available in the classroom.

Child Protection Policy

This policy sets out staff responsibilities for child protection and processes that staff must follow in relation to child protection matters.

Dogs in College Grounds Policy

This policy seeks to establish the parameters for dogs being on College grounds. All students, staff, families, and visitors to the College have the right to feel safe whilst at the College.

Mandatory BYOD Policy

As we prepare students for life in the 21st century we must equip them with the skills to utilise technology responsibly and empower them for lifelong learning.

Social Media Policy

The purpose of this policy is to set standards of behaviour for the use of Social Media that are consistent with the broader values and expectations of the Mount Annan Christian College community.

Whistleblower Policy

This policy seeks to define a qualifying disclosure and lists those members of our College community who qualify as eligible whistleblowers.

Mobile Phones Acceptable Use Policy

This policy seeks to outline the parameters for acceptable use of mobile phones at the College for students in Years 5-12, including smartphones.

Privacy Policy

This policy seeks to outline how the College uses and manages personal information provided to or collected by it.

Enrolment Policy

This policy seeks to outline the procedures and protocols for enrolment at Mount Annan Christian College. It also details the process of withdrawing a student from enrolment at the College.

Parent Code of Conduct

This policy seeks to outline the importance of the partnership between College staff and community members for the benefit of the students at school and reflects the College’s vision and values.

Learning Support Policy

This policy, which informs the operation of Learning Support at Mount Annan Christian College, is influenced by the desire to ensure that students with diverse/additional needs are given every opportunity to access and participate in education on the same basis as their peers.
