Enrolment Process

The application process

We’re excited you’re considering Mount Annan Christian College for your child’s education.
Our enrolment process is designed to be straightforward and supportive.
Here’s how to get started:

We’re here to help! If you have any questions about MACC, please contact our Community Engagement Officer:
Phone: (02) 4634 7474
Email: enrolment@macc.nsw.edu.au

To formally begin the enrolment process, please complete our online application form using the link below.

An $80 registration fee is required at the time of completing your application to successfully submit your application.

You will also need to upload the following documents:

  • Birth certificate
  • Immunisation history statement
  • Latest school reports (if applicable)
  • NAPLAN report (if applicable)
  • Proof of Australian citizenship/residency (if not a citizen)
  • Any reports relating to Learning Support and/or Disabilities, such as (but not limited to):
    • IEPs (Individual Education Plans)
    • Paediatrician/Psychologist reports
    • GP or Specialist reports

The application must be signed by both parents/guardians.

Please note: The application will not be reviewed unless all supporting documents have been uploaded and the enrolment form has been fully completed.

If selected, you and your child will be invited to attend an enrolment interview with the Head of School. This is an opportunity for us to get to know your family, understand your goals, and determine whether MACC is the right fit for your child.

Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer. To secure your child’s place, an Enrolment Fee of $995 must be paid within two weeks of accepting the offer.

Additional Enrolment Information

Enrolments for Year 7 in 2026 are currently underway.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted if you are selected for an interview, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Please note that due to limited places, not all applicants will proceed to the interview stage. If your child is not selected at this time, they will be placed in a waiting pool, should a position become available later.

Applicants who are unsuccessful in progressing to the next stage will be notified at the conclusion of the enrolment period, which is typically in June.

If you are applying for future years, you can expect to hear from us during the enrolment period in the year prior to commencement – which is between February and May.

Note: Applications are now closed for Prep and Kindy 2026.

The main entry years into MACC are Prep (Primary) and Year 7 (Secondary). Availability in all other year levels is limited and dependent on current enrolments and capacity.

We encourage families interested in enrolling into non-intake years to speak directly with our Community Engagement Officer before submitting their application. This ensures you receive the most up-to-date advice on availability and next steps.
