Mount Annan Christian College is a rapidly growing and developing Independent Prep –Year 12  School in South West Sydney with a projected enrolment of over 1000 students for 2024.

Current Positions Available

IT Support Officer
We are currently seeking a full-time IT Support Officer to join our Operations Team. This job will suit a proactive, self-directed, and motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a focus on excellence in customer service and support.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated, technologically minded and is keen to develop their career in the IT industry. It is a full-time position, working 8.00am to 4.00pm weekdays, however flexibility is required to assist with school events outside these hours.
The successful candidate will have completed a Certificate IV or Diploma in an IT related discipline.

Bus Driver
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bus Driver to join the Operations team at Mount Annan Christian College.
As a Bus Driver you will be responsible for providing transportation of our College students to and from school daily as well as excursions and sporting events. Our current bus runs are Harrington Park, Picton, Spring Farm and Wilton.
The role will require you to provide these services with the highest level of customer service.

Student Services Administration Officers

Immediate Start

We are currently seeking several new members of our Student Services team. It requires a mature person with initiative and experience with exceptional organisation and planning skills.

The successful applicants will have the ability to prioritise their own workload, as well as contribute to a high performing team environment.

The Student Services Administrator Officers are responsible to the Student Services Manager to provide a suite of internal and external services to our Parents, Students and Staff. Providing those services to the highest possible level of customer service, in an efficient, effective and timely manner, delivering a level of service that is beyond their expectations. The primary goal is to build strong long lasting relationships with our parents and carers, students and teachers, always being mindful to take care of their needs and to enjoy the gift of service.

Overall, the student services team are responsible for and will provide the following services: 

  • Supporting our Students
  • Supporting Medical Services
  • Maintaining Student Management information systems
  • Supporting Print Room Management
  • Ensure the delivery of the highest level of customer service activities
  • Review, Assess and reorganise student services tailored to our MACC students
  • Assist in Onsite or External Events and Extra-curricular activities.

The role will require a person with highly developed time management skills and the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.

This will be a full time position and have up to 7 weeks of leave each year in alignment with the school holidays.

 

The successful candidates will:

Be enthusiastic and hardworking, demonstrating a willingness to learn, take initiative, have a positive attitude and be flexible.

Previous experience working in the school sector minimum 2 years experience

Have strong communication skills and strong computer literacy, including ideally, Sentral School Management System, Microsoft (including excel) and Adobe products and has experience with the Funnel CRM. 

Be a committed Christian with a strong understanding of your faith and involvement in their local Church.

An ability to assent to the College Statement of Faith.

A Working with Children Check is required prior to the commencement of employment.
